WHAT IT IS —
An experience similar to yoga, in which you tune into the life of your body to connect, unwind, and move through what's stuck. The difference is, where yoga offers a structured flow, mindful movement offers the space to freely explore YOUR way of moving, in ways you may have never explored.
WHY IT MATTERS —
All day every day, our brain tells our body what to do and where to go. Most of the time, our body acts as a noble servant... until it doesn't. When we disconnect and go on autopilot, energy gets stuck and we can end up with dis-ease in the body showing up as illness, pain, fatigue, etc. We MUST stay connected and aligned — mind and body — if we want to create a life we love.
